2. Rolled oats - 1 cup
3. White sugar - ½ cup
4. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Egg - 1
8. Milk - ¾ cup
9. Vegetable oil - ⅓ cup
10. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
11. Mashed bananas - 1 cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
