Soak the bean mixture in water overnight in advance.

Dice the onions, and tomatoes.

Fry onion, tomatoes lightly in vegetable oil, add seafood.

Lay out the bean mixture.

Pour boiling water ( ≈ 2-2,5 tbsp), add salt. Last in the cauldron (saucepan) will go rice. Try to distribute it closer to the walls, but do not stir. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on high heat and another 20 minutes on low.

Stir gently, garnish with herbs when serving.
