How to cook deliciously - Potato pancakes
1. Stage
Using a mixer, mix together the cream cheese and flour in a bowl.

Add the eggs, salt and pepper. Stir everything until smooth.

Cut the cheese into 3 mm cubes and add to the main mass.

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Take a handful of potatoes, squeeze them well to get as much water out of them as possible and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

You can choose an additive according to your taste, it can consist of one ingredient or several. I prefer roasted mushrooms with green onions and ham. You can do without any additives, the pancakes will still be excellent.

If desired, add heavy cream to the mass to dilute the density, but do not make the mass too liquid.

Heat oil mixture in a frying pan, spoon fritters flattening them on the pan, so that the thickness is 0.5 cm. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve hot or warm.
