3. Rice vinegar - 4 teaspoons
4. Sesame oil - 4 teaspoons
5. Chile oil (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
6. Sashimi-grade salmon, cut into small cubes - ¾ pound
7. Avocado, sliced, or to taste - 1
8. Red bell pepper, sliced, or more to taste - 1
9. Shelled edamame, or more to taste - ¼ cup
10. Dried seaweed, cut into strips, or to taste - 4 sheets
11. Pickled ginger, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
12. Furikake (Japanese nori seasoning), or to taste - 1 tablespoon
13. Chopped green onion, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
14. Sesame seeds, or to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Do-It-Yourself Salmon Poke Bowls

1. Stage

Divide rice among 4 bowls.

2. Stage

Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chile oil in a bowl to make dressing. Mix salmon with the dressing. Divide among the 4 bowls.

3. Stage

Top bowls with avocado, red bell pepper, edamame, seaweed, pickled ginger, and furikake seasoning. Garnish with chopped green onion a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
