1. Soy sauce - 1 cup
2. Pear juice or white wine - ½ cup
3. White sugar - 3 tablespoons
4. Chopped garlic - 2 tablespoons
5. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
6. Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
8. Monosodium glutamate - 1 teaspoon
9. Beef rump roast, sliced into thin strips - 1 (2 pound)
10. Onion, cut into thin strips - 1

How to cook deliciously - Bulgogi (Korean BBQ)

1. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, pear juice, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, black pepper, and monosodium glutamate; add beef and onions. Stir to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat a grill pan over high heat and brush with oil; add beef and onions. Cook, turning to brown evenly, for 3 to 6 minutes, or until done.
