1. 1 tbsp. white sesame seeds -
2. 1 lb. kale -
3. 1/4 tsp. Sea salt -
4. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -
5. 1 tsp. vegetable oil -
6. 5 large Brussels sprouts -
7. 1 clove garlic -
8. 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar -
9. 1 tbsp. soy sauce -
10. 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil -
11. Crushed red pepper flakes -
12. 1 scallion -

How to cook deliciously - Kale Salad with Sesame Dressing

1. Stage

In a small skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium-high heat, shaking, until golden brown, about 1 minute. Transfer to a plate and set aside to let cool.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, toss kale with salt and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and rub into kale to soften. Add Brussels sprouts and toss well.

3. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and remaining tablespoon vegetable oil. Pour dressing over greens, add reserved sesame seeds, and toss well.
