1. 1 tbsp. white sesame seeds
2. 1 lb. kale
3. 1/4 tsp. Sea salt
4. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
5. 1 tsp. vegetable oil
6. 5 large Brussels sprouts
7. 1 clove garlic
8. 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
9. 1 tbsp. soy sauce
10. 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
11. Crushed red pepper flakes
12. 1 scallion

How to cook deliciously - Kale Salad with Sesame Dressing

1 . Stage

In a small skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium-high heat, shaking, until golden brown, about 1 minute. Transfer to a plate and set aside to let cool.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, toss kale with salt and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and rub into kale to soften. Add Brussels sprouts and toss well.

3 . Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and remaining tablespoon vegetable oil. Pour dressing over greens, add reserved sesame seeds, and toss well.
