2. 1 Granny Smith apple -
3. 1 onion -
4. 1 clove garlic -
5. 4 1/2-inch-thick, bone-in pork chops (1 1/2 pounds) -
6. 1 tub PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme -
7. 2 tbsp. GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard -
8. 1/4 c. milk -
9. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

1. Stage

Cook and stir apples, onions and garlic in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

2. Stage

Add chops to skillet; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done (160 degrees F). Stir in all remaining ingredients except apple mixture; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
