3. 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
4. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
5. 1/4 c. almonds -
6. 1 clove garlic -
7. 1 tsp. kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Asparagus Pesto

1. Stage

In the bowl of a food processor, combine asparagus, basil, and oil and pulse until combined. Add Parmesan, almonds, garlic, and salt and blend until combined.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week.
