Ingredients for - Dip This

1. 4 oz. French bread -
2. Cold water -
3. 1 clove garlic -
4. 1 c. slivered almonds -
5. 1 tsp. salt -
6. 2 tbsp. olive oil -
7. 1 tsp. cider vinegar -
8. Pinch nutmeg -
9. 1/4 c. water (optional) -
10. Raw veggies for dipping -

How to cook deliciously - Dip This

1. Stage

Tear the bread into chunks. You should end up with almost 4 cups.

2. Stage

Soak the bread in the cold water in the mixing bowl.

3. Stage

Puree the garlic with the almonds in the blender until you have a fine paste.

4. Stage

Squeeze the water out of the bread, and add the bread to the paste. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the veggies and the optional water, and blend to combine. If you need to, add up to 1⁄4 cup water until you get a good consistency: thick, but not too thick. Dip in with the veggies.
