1. Frozen mango chunks - 1 ½ cups
2. Nordica 1% Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
3. Ice cubes - 1 cup
4. Orange juice - ½ cup
5. Cold water - ½ cup
6. Banana, cut into chunks - 1 small
7. Honey - 2 tablespoons
8. Flax oil - 1 tablespoon
9. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Place the mango, cottage cheese, ice cubes, orange juice, water, banana, honey, flax oil and vanilla in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until very smooth; serve immediately.
