1. 1 tsp. olive oil
2. 1 clove garlic
3. 1 lb. fresh kale, Swiss chard, spinach, and/or beet greens
4. 2 c. vegetable stock
5. Salt and pepper
6. 1 tsp. crushed red chili flakes

How to cook deliciously - Emeril Lagasse's Sautéed Greens

1 . Stage

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

2 . Stage

Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the greens, add the vegetable stock, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

3 . Stage

Cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until the greens are wilted and tender. Serve immediately.
