1. 1 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth -
2. 1 tbsp. cornstarch -
3. 1 tbsp. soy sauce -
4. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -
5. 4 c. Vegetables -
6. 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root -
7. 1 clove garlic -
8. Toasted sesame seeds -

How to cook deliciously - Vegetable Stir-Fry

1. Stage

Stir the broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.

2. Stage

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables, ginger root and garlic and stir-fry until they're tender-crisp.

3. Stage

Add the broth mixture to the skillet. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens.
