1. Soy sauce - ⅓ cup
2. Green onions, chopped, dark green parts separated from white and light green parts - 2
3. Yellow onion, thinly sliced - ¼
4. White sugar - 3 tablespoons
5. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
6. Toasted sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
7. Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
8. Korean red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
9. Minced fresh ginger - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
11. Beef sirloin steak, cut very thin using kitchen shears - 1 ½ pounds
12. Honey, or to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Easy Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Beef)

1. Stage

Whisk soy sauce, white and light green parts of green onions, yellow onion, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, ginger, and black pepper together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add steak slices and toss to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or up to 1 day.

2. Stage
