Ingredients for - Gochujang Fried Rice

1. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Minced garlic - 2 teaspoons
3. Minced fresh ginger - 2 teaspoons
4. Thinly-sliced mixed color bell peppers - 1 cup
5. Diced carrots - ½ cup
6. Diced onion - ¼ cup
7. Cooked and refrigerated white rice - 4 cups
8. Gochujang (Korean hot and sweet pepper paste), or to taste - 2 tablespoons
9. Low-sodium soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
10. Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
11. Sliced green onions - 2 tablespoons
12. Toasted sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Gochujang Fried Rice

1. Stage

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, and add vegetable oil. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add bell peppers, carrots, and onion, and cook until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Add a splash of water if the pan gets too dry.

Add rice, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing everything well, and stir fry until the rice is hot.
