1. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
2. Minced garlic 2 teaspoons
3. Minced fresh ginger 2 teaspoons
4. Thinly-sliced mixed color bell peppers 1 cup
5. Diced carrots ½ cup
6. Diced onion ¼ cup
7. Cooked and refrigerated white rice 4 cups
8. Gochujang (Korean hot and sweet pepper paste), or to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Low-sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons
10. Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
11. Sliced green onions 2 tablespoons
12. Toasted sesame seeds 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Gochujang Fried Rice

1 . Stage

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, and add vegetable oil. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

2 . Stage

Add bell peppers, carrots, and onion, and cook until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Add a splash of water if the pan gets too dry.

Add rice, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing everything well, and stir fry until the rice is hot.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
