1. Ready-to-eat shredded jellyfish 9 ounces
2. Sesame oil 3 tablespoons
3. Low-sodium soy sauce 2 teaspoons
4. Rice vinegar 2 teaspoons
5. White sugar, or to taste 1 teaspoon
6. Chili oil, or to taste (Optional) ¼ teaspoon
7. Grated fresh ginger root, or to taste 1 teaspoon
8. White sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
9. Chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons
10. Thinly sliced green onion 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Sesame Jellyfish Salad

1 . Stage

Rinse and drain jellyfish; place into a bowl.

Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili oil, and ginger together in a small bowl; stir into jellyfish and marinate 15 minutes.
