1. Ready-to-eat shredded jellyfish - 9 ounces
2. Sesame oil - 3 tablespoons
3. Low-sodium soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
4. Rice vinegar - 2 teaspoons
5. White sugar, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
6. Chili oil, or to taste (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
7. Grated fresh ginger root, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
8. White sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
10. Thinly sliced green onion - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Sesame Jellyfish Salad

1. Stage

Rinse and drain jellyfish; place into a bowl.

2. Stage

Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili oil, and ginger together in a small bowl; stir into jellyfish and marinate 15 minutes.

Place sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium-low heat; toast until golden, about 1 minute. Set aside to cool, about 5 minutes.
