1. Dry fettuccine pasta - 8 ounces
2. Natural peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
3. Vegetable broth - ½ cup
4. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
6. Crushed red pepper flakes - 2 teaspoons
7. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1
8. Green onions, chopped - 2
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Rinse and drain. Set aside.
