1. Canola oil - 2 teaspoons
2. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips - 1 pound
3. Honey-roasted peanuts - 1 ounce
4. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
5. Minced fresh ginger - 2 teaspoons
6. Sliced green onions - ¼ cup
7. Low-sodium soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
8. Rice vinegar - 2 teaspoons
9. Toasted sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
10. Fresh cilantro, chopped - 1 cup
11. Shredded napa cabbage - 4 cups

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro Chicken with Peanuts

1. Stage

Heat canola oil in a heavy 10-inch skillet over high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in peanuts, garlic, and ginger. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 3 minutes.
