1. Mild white fish fillets - 4 (5 ounce)
2. Lemon, juiced - 1
3. Salt to taste - 1
4. All-purpose flour - 4 tablespoons
5. Five-spice powder - 1 teaspoon
6. Canola oil - 4 tablespoons
7. Sesame oil (Optional) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Easy Pan-Fried Fish Fillet

1. Stage

Wash fish under cold running water, then pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt on both sides.

Combine flour and five-spice powder in a shallow bowl. Dip fish fillets into flour mixture to coat on both sides.
