1. 1 c. slivered almonds -
2. 3 container Brussels sprouts -
3. 1/4 c. olive oil (or 3 Tbsp. olive oil plus 1 Tbsp. truffle oil) -
4. 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
5. 2 tbsp. finely sliced chives -
6. 1/2 tsp. salt -
7. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper -
8. 3 tbsp. finely grated Parmesan cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Brussels Sprouts Salad with Almonds and Parmesan

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place almonds on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool. Slice Brussels sprouts as thinly as possible.

2. Stage

In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Add Brussels sprouts, almonds, and Parmesan. Toss until combined and serve.
