2. 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature -
3. 1/4 c. red wine, plus more for serving -
How to cook deliciously - Red Wine Brownies
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9"-x-9" baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Stage
Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3. Stage
Whisk in wine and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking well between each addition. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until just combined.
4. Stage
Pour brownie batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely. Serve at room temperature with red wine.
