How to cook deliciously - Tie-Dye Fruity Pebbles-Crusted Waffles

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, butter, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to bowl with wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

3. Stage

Divide batter between 4 medium bowls and add a different color food dye to each bowl of batter. Gently fold a 1/4 cup of Fruity PEBBLES cereal into each bowl. Pour remaining cup of Fruity PEBBLES cereal onto a shallow plate.

4. Stage

Preheat a Belgian-waffle iron; spray with cooking spray. Spoon a bit of each differently colored batter (from all 4 bowls) onto the preheated waffle iron, using about 1 cup of batter total and leaving a 1/2" border around the iron. Close waffle iron and cook until lightly golden, about 4 minutes. Let waffle cool completely on a wire rack. Meanwhile, repeat with remaining batter.

5. Stage

Spread whipped topping on edges of cooled waffles, then dip in remaining Fruity PEBBLES cereal. Serve with another dollop of whipped topping in the center and sprinkled with Fruity PEBBLES cereal.
