Ingredients for - Fried Ravioli

1. 1 c. all-purpose flour -
2. 2 large eggs -
3. 1 c. Italian bread crumbs -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 1 lb. cheese ravioli -
7. Vegetable oil, for frying -
8. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
9. 1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Fried Ravioli

1. Stage

Set up a dredging station: Add flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in three separate shallow bowls. Season breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Dredge ravioli in flour, then dip in eggs and toss in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

3. Stage

In a large deep skillet or shallow pot, heat 1 1/2” vegetable oil until shimmering. Add ravioli and fry until golden, about 3 minutes.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer ravioli to a paper towel-lined baking sheet or plate.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley and serve with marinara.
