2. 3 slices cheddar, quartered -

5. 2 large zucchini, sliced 1/2" thick -
6. Sliced tomato, for serving -
7. Pickles, for serving -
8. Mustard, for serving -
9. Ketchup, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Bun Sliders

1. Stage

Shape beef into 12 equally sized patties, about 2” wide. Using your finger, press a shallow indent into the center of each burger. Season both sides of each patty liberally with salt and pepper. 

2. Stage

Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill burgers until seared, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Top burgers with cheese. Meanwhile, grill zucchini slices until charred and tender, about 3 minutes per side.
