2. 1 c. chopped celery (from about 2 stalks)  -
3. 1/2 c. chopped shallots -
4. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill -
5. 1/2 c. mayonnaise -
6. 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar -
7. 1 tsp. celery salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -

In a medium bowl, combine turkey, celery, shallots, and dill. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, and celery salt; season with pepper. Stir until turkey is coated.
