Ingredients for - Marinated Mushrooms for Antipasto

1. Small mushrooms, stemmed - 1 pound
2. Extra-virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoons
3. White wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
4. Red onion, finely chopped - ½
5. Finely chopped fresh oregano - 2 tablespoons
6. Finely chopped fresh thyme - 2 tablespoons
7. Garlic cloves, pressed - 2 cloves
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Freshly ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Marinated Mushrooms for Antipasto

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.

2. Stage

Combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, red onion, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large jar with a lid. Close the jar and shake well. Add cooked mushrooms and refrigerate at least 5 hours. Remove from refrigerator 10 minutes prior to serving.
