Ingredients for - Chocolate Avocado Pudding

1. 1/4 c. dark chocolate chips, melted, plus more chips for garnish -
2. 2 ripe avocados -
3. 2 tbsp. raw unsweetened cocoa powder -
4. 1/4 c. non-dairy milk (chocolate or vanilla) -
5. 1 tbsp. maple syrup -
6. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
7. Pinch sea salt -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Avocado Pudding

1. Stage

In a food processor or blender, blend melted chocolate, avocados, cocoa powder, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth, about 45 seconds.  

2. Stage

Divide mixture among four jars or containers and top with more chocolate chips or dark chocolate shavings.

3. Stage

Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
