Ingredients for - Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2. 1 tsp. baking soda
3. 1 tsp. kosher salt 
4. 1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 
5. 3/4 c. granulated sugar
6. 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
7. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
8. 2 large eggs
9. 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
10. 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

How to cook deliciously - Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 375° and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. 

2 . Stage

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. 

3 . Stage

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts (if using). 

4 . Stage

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto baking sheets at least 2” apart. 

5 . Stage

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden.
