Ingredients for - Cookie Dough Pops

1. 1 stick butter, softened
2. 3/4 c. sugar
3. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
4. 1 c. all-purpose flour
5. 1 tsp. kosher salt
6. 1 c. mini chocolate chips
7. 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
8. 1/2 c. chocolate fudge sauce
9. 6 Dixie Cups and popsicle sticks

How to cook deliciously - Cookie Dough Pops

1 . Stage

Make cookie dough: In a stand mixer, beat butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add flour and salt and beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Transfer to a freezer to firm up, 25 minutes.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, spoon vanilla ice cream into Dixie Cups, filling 1/3 of the bottom. Top with a layer of chocolate fudge sauce and transfer to the freezer until cookie dough is firm.

3 . Stage

Pat a layer of cookie dough into Dixie Cup and insert a popsicle stick.

4 . Stage

Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. When ready to eat, peel apart Dixie Cup.
