Ingredients for - English Muffin French Toast

1. 4 large eggs -
2. 1/2 c. half and half -
3. 1/2 c. whole milk -
4. 2 tbsp. granulated sugar  -
5. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon -
6. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
7. 4 English muffins, cut in half -
8. 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, plus more for serving -
9. Maple syrup and raspberries, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - English Muffin French Toast

1. Stage

In a shallow baking dish, whisk eggs, half and half, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Add english muffins and let soak 2 minutes. Flip and let soak an additional 2 minutes. 

2. Stage

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in two batches, cook english muffins until each side is golden, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve warm with warm maple syrup and raspberries.
