In a shallow baking dish, whisk eggs, half and half, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Add english muffins and let soak 2 minutes. Flip and let soak an additional 2 minutes.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in two batches, cook english muffins until each side is golden, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve warm with warm maple syrup and raspberries.
