How to cook deliciously - Christmas Fudge
1. Stage
Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment, then grease with cooking spray. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook chocolate, milk, butter, cream, vanilla, and salt, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, until chocolate is melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
2. Stage
Top with sprinkles and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut into squares.
