Ingredients for - Turkey, Apple, Brie & Dijon Panini

1. Cooking spray
2. 1/4 c. whole-grain mustard
3. 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4. 1 (8-oz.) wheel brie, thinly sliced
5. 8 slices Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread
6. 3/4 lb. deli sliced turkey meat (about 12 slices)
7. 1 medium green apple, stemmed, cored, and thinly sliced

How to cook deliciously - Turkey, Apple, Brie & Dijon Panini

1 . Stage

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat (or a preheat a panini press to medium-high heat) and spray with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine whole-grain mustard and Dijon mustard.

2 . Stage

Arrange slices of brie over half of Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread slices. Top with turkey and apples. Spread mustard mixture on remaining bread slices and close sandwiches.

3 . Stage

Working in batches if needed, grill sandwiches, pressing down with another pan and flipping once halfway through, until outside is golden and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes per side. If using panini press, close and cook 4 minutes total.
