Ingredients for - Overnight Almond Butter-Banana French Toast
1. 3/4 c. JUSTIN’S® Vanilla Almond Butter (divided) -
3. 1/2 c. quick oats -
6. Dash kosher salt -
8. 1 1/4 c. milk of your choice -
10. 1 loaf brioche bread (about 1 lb.) cut into cubes -
11. 2 bananas, cut into 1/2" pieces -
How to cook deliciously - Overnight Almond Butter-Banana French Toast
1. Stage
Put ¼ cup JUSTIN’S® Vanilla Almond Butter and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
2. Stage
Stir together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter with butter, and salt to make a crumble and set aside. Place the remainder of the almond butter into a large bowl with the honey, slowly whisk in the milk a little at a time to thin out the almond butter, then whisk in the eggs.
3. Stage
Place the bread cubes into a greased casserole dish, then add the bananas, and pour the egg mixture over the top. Finish by spreading the crumble over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Stage
Preheat oven to 350°, then bake for 40 minutes.
