1. 3 blocks cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 c. sugar -
3. 3 large eggs -
4. 1/4 c. sour cream -
5. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
6. Pinch of kosher salt -
7. Black, purple, blue and teal food coloring -
8. Sprinkles, for decorating -
9. 15 graham crackers -
10. 6 tbsp. melted butter -
11. 1 tbsp. sugar -
12. Pinch of kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Galaxy Cheesecake

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 325º and grease a 8" or 9" springform pan with cooking spray. Make cheesecake mixture: In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until combined. Add eggs and beat until combined, then add sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Divide cheesecake mixture into four bowls.

Color each bowl with a different food coloring: black, purple, blue and teal. Stir until color is completely combined.

Make crust: Crush graham crackers and stir together with melted butter, sugar, and salt until completely moist.

Press graham mixture into prepared pan until packed.

Add spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture, alternating colors, until all used up. Run a knife through the colors to swirl.

Top all over with sprinkles.

Bake until slightly jiggly in the center, about 60 to 70 minutes.

8. Stage

Let cool 1 hour in oven, then refrigerate until completely cool, at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
