How to cook deliciously - Mahimahi Burger
1. Stage
Marinate fish in Miso Soy Mirin for 1/2 hour, and no more than 8 hours. Wipe marinade off of fish, and season with salt and pepper. Grill skin side up (skin removed). Make nice cross-hatch grill marks. Once turned over, continue cooking until done. Place on a plate and brush with Citrus Soy Glaze.
2. Stage
Split, butter, and grill or toast potato bun.
3. Stage
Place fish on bun bottom. Spread Miso Soy Mayo on bun top. Place lettuce and tomato on bun top and serve open-faced.
