Ingredients for - Mahimahi Burger

1. 1 mahimahi fillet
2. 2 tbsp. Miso Soy Mirin
3. tsp. kosher salt
4. tsp. ground black pepper
5. 1 tbsp. Citrus Soy Glaze
6. 1 potato bun
7. 1 1/2 tsp. butter
8. 1 tbsp. Miso Soy Mayo
9. 1 leaf butter lettuce
10. 1 slice beefsteak tomato

How to cook deliciously - Mahimahi Burger

1 . Stage

Marinate fish in Miso Soy Mirin for 1/2 hour, and no more than 8 hours. Wipe marinade off of fish, and season with salt and pepper. Grill skin side up (skin removed). Make nice cross-hatch grill marks. Once turned over, continue cooking until done. Place on a plate and brush with Citrus Soy Glaze.

2 . Stage

Split, butter, and grill or toast potato bun.

3 . Stage

Place fish on bun bottom. Spread Miso Soy Mayo on bun top. Place lettuce and tomato on bun top and serve open-faced.
