1. 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes -
2. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
3. tsp. ground black pepper -
4. tsp. ground red pepper -
5. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves -
6. 1/4 c. Swanson® Chicken Stock -

How to cook deliciously - Crunchy No-Fry Chicken

1. Stage

Heat the oven to 400°F.

2. Stage

Stir the corn flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper in a shallow medium bowl.

3. Stage

Dip the chicken into the stock. Coat with the corn flake mixture. Place the chicken onto a baking sheet.

4. Stage

Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
