Ingredients for - Sweet and Tangy Chicken

1. 1 tbsp. butter -
2. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves -
3. 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup -
4. 1/4 c. water -
5. 1 tbsp. brown sugar -
6. 1 tbsp. vinegar -
7. 4 c. regular long-grain white rice -

How to cook deliciously - Sweet and Tangy Chicken

1. Stage

Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.

2. Stage

Stir the soup, water, brown sugar and vinegar in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Serve the chicken and sauce with the rice.

3. Stage

Serving Suggestion: Serve with roasted carrots and crusty bakery wheat rolls.
