Ingredients for - Cilantro Lime Rice

1. 1 tbsp. butter -
2. Juice of 2 limes, divided -
3. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
4. 1 c. basmati rice -
5. 2 c. water -
6. 1 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro -

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro Lime Rice

1. Stage

In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add juice from one lime, salt and rice, stirring for one minute to coat. Add water and bring to a boil.

2. Stage

Once boiling, cover and reduce to a simmer, cooking over low heat until rice is tender, 22 to 25 minutes.

3. Stage

Fold in cilantro, garnish with more lime juice and serve.
