1. 3/4 c. butter, softened -
2. 3/4 c. packed brown sugar -
3. 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
4. 1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs (from 11 graham cracker sheets) -
5. 2 1/2 tbsp. milk -
6. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
7. 2/3 c. mini chocolate chips -

How to cook deliciously - Shortcut Edible Cookie Dough

1. Stage

In a large bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. 

2. Stage

Add graham cracker crumbs, milk, and salt and mix until fully incorporated. 

3. Stage

Using a spatula, fold in chocolate chips and serve immediately.
