Ingredients for - White Bean Blondies

1. 1 (15.5-oz.) can white beans, rinsed and drained -
2. 1/2 c. maple syrup -
3. 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. quick cooking oats -
4. 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
5. 1/4 c. softened butter -
6. 1/2 tsp. baking powder -
7. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
8. Melted white chocolate, for drizzling -

How to cook deliciously - White Bean Blondies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8”-x-8” baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. In a blender, or in a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. 

2. Stage

Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake 25 minutes until lightly golden.

3. Stage

Let cool completely before drizzling with white chocolate and slicing into squares.
