1. 2 c. all-purpose flour
2. 1/2 c. Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
3. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
5. 1 c. whole milk
6. 4 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
7. 2 large eggs
8. 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
9. 1 c. toasted pecans, chopped
10. 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
11. 1/4 c. packed Truvia Sweet Complete Brown with a hint of Molasses Sweetener
12. 3 tbsp. Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
13. 4 tbsp. butter, melted
14. 15 pecan halves

How to cook deliciously - Pecan Pie Muffins

1 . Stage

Make muffins: Preheat oven to 350°. Line 2 standard muffin tins with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in chopped pecans. Fill liners about ¾ full with batter.

3 . Stage

Make topping: In a medium bowl, combine flour, sweeteners, and melted butter. Sprinkle over muffins and top each with a pecan half.

4 . Stage

Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
