1. 1 package frozen rice, microwaved according to package directions -
3. Juice of 5 limes, divided -
4. 1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro -
7. Zest of 2 limes -

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro-Lime Rice Bowls
1. Stage
Mix microwaved rice with salt, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and cilantro until combined. Set aside.
2. Stage
Prep shrimp: In a large bowl, combine garlic, coriander, lime zest, honey, soy sauce, remaining lime juice, and red pepper flakes and whisk. Add shrimp and toss until combined.
3. Stage
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add shrimp with marinade and cook until marinade cooks off by at least half and shrimp are fully pink.

Assemble bowls: Top rice with shrimp, avocado, and pan juice.
