1. 1 package frozen rice, microwaved according to package directions
2. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
3. Juice of 5 limes, divided
4. 1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
6. 1 tsp. ground coriander
7. Zest of 2 limes
8. 1 tsp. honey
9. 1 tbsp. soy sauce
10. 1/2 tsp. crushed red chili flakes
11. 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
12. 1 tbsp. butter
13. 1 avocado, sliced

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro-Lime Rice Bowls

1 . Stage

Mix microwaved rice with salt, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and cilantro until combined. Set aside.

2 . Stage

Prep shrimp: In a large bowl, combine garlic, coriander, lime zest, honey, soy sauce, remaining lime juice, and red pepper flakes and whisk. Add shrimp and toss until combined.

3 . Stage

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add shrimp with marinade and cook until marinade cooks off by at least half and shrimp are fully pink.

4 . Stage

Assemble bowls: Top rice with shrimp, avocado, and pan juice.
