1. 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature -
2. 2 scallions, thinly sliced -
3. 2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped  -
4. 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest -
5. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
6. 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 8 slices Sara Lee White Made with Whole Grain Bread -
8. 1 English cucumber, trimmed and very thinly sliced -

How to cook deliciously - Cucumber Sandwich With Dill Cream Cheese

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, scallions, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

2. Stage

Trim crusts off of Sara Lee White Made with Whole Grain Bread, reserving for another use, such as bread crumbs or croutons. 

3. Stage

Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread, then top cream cheese mixture with cucumber. Close sandwiches with remaining slices.

4. Stage

Slice into quarters and serve.
