1. c. red wine or cider vinegar -

6. 3 large ripe tomatoes -
7. 1/2 medium white onion -
8. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro -

How to cook deliciously - Tomato and Onion Raita

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, 2 tablespoon water, sugar, salt, and pepper until blended. Add remaining ingredients and toss until well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours, before serving. Serve chilled.
