1. Orange sherbet - 1 quart
2. Fresh orange juice, chilled - 2 quarts
3. Ginger ale, chilled - 1 (2 liter) bottle
4. Champagne, chilled - 2 (750 milliliter) bottles

How to cook deliciously - New Year's Champagne Punch

1. Stage

Place sherbet block in the center of a large punch bowl. Pour orange juice over top, followed by ginger ale and Champagne. Stir gently to mix liquids until top of punch begins to foam. Serve immediately.
