Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place puff pastry on a large baking sheet and prick all over with a fork (leaving a 1” border).

In a medium bowl, mix together blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Spread mixture over warm puff pastry.

Scatter with pears and bake until cheese is melty and pastry is deeply golden, 20 minutes.

Drizzle with maple syrup and cut into squares.
