1. 18 mini dill pickles -
2. 4 oz. cream cheese, softened -
3. 1/2 c. shredded cheddar -
4. 1 clove garlic, chopped -
5. 6 slices bacon, quartered -

How to cook deliciously - Bacon-Wrapped Pickles

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400º. Halve pickles, scoop out centers and discard.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic until combined.

3. Stage

Spoon mixture into pickles and wrap each with a cut slice of bacon.

4. Stage

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until mixture is warm and bacon is crispy, about 18 minutes.

Serve immediately.
