1. 1 1/2 c. (180 g.) all-purpose flour -
2. 1 tbsp. granulated sugar -
3. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
4. 1/2 c. (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2" cubes -
5. 1/4 c. ice cold water, plus more as needed -

How to cook deliciously - Perfect Pie Crust

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt. Add butter and toss to coat in flour. Using your hands, work butter into flour mixture until walnut-sized pieces form.

2. Stage

Add ice water and stir and squeeze with your hands to form a dough. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time as needed, until dough holds together; it shouldn’t feel sticky but will easily hold together when squeezed.

3. Stage

Form dough into a disc and tightly wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
