1. 4 piece skinless salmon fillet -
2. 1/2 tsp. salt -
3. tsp. Black pepper -
4. 1 can peaches -
5. 1 c. unpeeled seedless cucumber -
6. 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro -
7. 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice -

How to cook deliciously - Salmon with Peach Salsa

1. Stage

In 9-inch glass pie plate, arrange salmon fillets, rounded sides down, with thinner ends toward center. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cover with vented plastic wrap, and microwave on High 5 minutes or until opaque throughout.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, prepare the salsa. Chop peaches and place in bowl. Stir in cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, and remaining salt. Serve salmon with salsa.
