Ingredients for - Rosemary-Parmesan Biscuits

1. 1 c. all-purpose flour -
2. 1/2 c. chopped walnuts -
3. 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary -
4. 1/2 tsp. salt -
5. Pinch cayenne pepper -
6. Pinch freshly ground black pepper -
7. 1 stick butter -
8. 1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese (6 ounces) -

How to cook deliciously - Rosemary-Parmesan Biscuits

1. Stage

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, walnuts, rosemary, salt, and peppers.

2. Stage

With a mixer on medium-high speed, cream butter in a medium bowl until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add cheese and beat on low speed until well combined. Add the flour mixture and beat just until blended.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each piece into a 1 1/2 inch- diameter log. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or until easy to slice.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 large baking sheets.

5. Stage

Cut the logs crosswise into 3/8-inch-thick slices and place flat on baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
