1. Cooking spray, for pan -
2. 1 c. all-purpose flour -
3. 1/2 c. cocoa powder -
4. 1 tsp. baking powder -
5. 1 tsp. ground cinnamon -
6. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
7. 1/2 c. mashed avocado -
8. 1 c. granulated sugar -
9. 2 large eggs -
10. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
11. 1 1/4 c. grated zucchini -
12. 1 c. chocolate chips -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Avocado Bread

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 

2. Stage

In another large bowl, stir together avocado, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add zucchini, then add flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. 

3. Stage

Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
